You work directly with the person building it

Digiztem was founded in New York by Danny Zhang. His background covers websites, ERP and NetSuite, AI automation, app development and sales, so every project starts from how your business makes money and works back to the software.

Danny ZhangFounder, Digiztem

  • Business first

The goal is fewer manual steps, faster quotes and more leads followed up. The technology is chosen to fit that.

  • One point of contact

Website, CRM, automation and ERP questions all go to the same person, who knows how your systems fit together.

  • Still here after launch

Care plans cover updates, backups and small changes, so what we build keeps working as you grow.

Questions owners ask first

Something else on your mind? Ask it in the form below.

Do I have to replace the software I already use?

Usually not. Most projects connect to what you already have, such as your accounting software, POS, CRM or ERP. If something does need replacing, you will know why before any work starts.

I'm not sure what I need. Where do we start?

With a call. We look at how orders, quotes and customer follow-ups move through your business today, then recommend the one or two changes that would save the most time.

Can you work on a website or system someone else built?

Yes. Redesigns, troubleshooting and connecting existing systems are all on the list, alongside new builds.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. Your timeline is part of the written plan you approve before work starts, and the work is delivered in stages so you see progress along the way.

Will my team need training?

A little. At launch we walk your team through the new tools, and support is there for questions afterwards.

What happens after launch?

You can add a monthly care plan that covers hosting, updates, backups, small changes, analytics and support, so everything keeps working as your business changes.
