Practical technology for every stage of your business

Twelve areas of work, grouped the way projects actually happen. Most start with one and grow from there.

01 · Websites & commerce

Websites, e-commerce and online booking

The public face of the business, connected to the catalog and the back office rather than maintained by hand.

  1. 01

    Website and e-commerce development

Business websites, landing pages and redesigns. Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress stores with product catalogs, B2B quote requests, account pricing, checkout, on-page SEO and analytics.

  2. 02

    Online booking and appointments

Let customers choose a service, a day and a time without a phone call.

  3. 03

    Mobile applications

Customer-facing and internal mobile apps for ordering, field sales and operations, planned alongside your web systems rather than as a separate project.

02 · Software

Custom software, portals and infrastructure

Tools built around how your team actually works, on a foundation that can be maintained.

Internal tools and customer-facing applications built around how your team actually works.

  2. 05

    B2B wholesale portals

Customer logins, account-specific pricing, case quantities, stock availability, repeat ordering and rep-assisted quotes, without the spreadsheet.

  3. 06

    Database engineering and application infrastructure

Clean data models, migrations from spreadsheets and legacy systems, hosting architecture, backups and monitoring, with the data checked on the way.

03 · Business systems

ERP, CRM and business system integrations

The systems that run the business, connected so the same record is not typed twice.

  1. 07

    ERP and CRM solutions

Leads, follow-ups and pipeline in one place your reps will keep up to date, and an ERP that holds the orders, inventory and books together.

  2. 08

    NetSuite and business system integrations

NetSuite connected to your storefront, orders and inventory, through Celigo, EDI or direct integrations. Led by a Certified NetSuite Administrator.

  3. 09

    QuickBooks and QuickBooks Desktop integrations

Customers, products, invoices and transactions flowing between QuickBooks Online and the systems that create them, with clear field mapping and duplicate prevention. QuickBooks Desktop needs a separate compatibility review.

  4. 10

EDI, 3PL, APIs and workflow automation

Trading-partner EDI documents, 3PL warehouse connections, purchase orders and shipments visible to the people who need them, and approval steps that show where work stands.

04 · AI & data

AI automation, product data and ongoing care

Less retyping, cleaner product information and a support plan agreed in writing.

Read invoices, answer routine questions and move data between systems without retyping. Scoped around one workflow at a time, with a person still in control of approvals.

  2. 12

    PIM and product information management

One organized source for SKUs, descriptions, specs, images, case-pack data and supplier files, ready for every channel you sell on.

  3. 13

    Hosting, maintenance and ongoing support

Backups, monitoring and improvements under a support plan agreed in writing. Cloud and data migration when spreadsheets and legacy systems need a cleaner home.

FAQ

Questions people ask about services

Do I need to replace my current software?

Not necessarily. We review your current tools first, and any replacement is discussed with its reasons and tradeoffs before scoping.

Can you connect QuickBooks to our website or ordering system?

QuickBooks Online can be scoped around customer, product, invoice and transaction data once your edition is confirmed. QuickBooks Desktop needs a separate compatibility review.

What is PIM, and how is it different from inventory management?

PIM organizes product content such as descriptions, specs and images. Inventory management tracks quantities and stock movement. They solve different problems and can work together.

Can you improve an existing website or system?

Yes. We review the current setup and access, then scope a redesign, a repair, an integration or a phased improvement.

Not sure which service you need?

Describe the work that slows your team down. Scoping starts from the problem, not the product.
